According to newly released court documents, three suspects charged with the abduction of an 11-year-old from Zanesville will be held without bond when they arrive in Wells County.
Prosecutor Colin Andrews filed a motion to increase bond on Wednesday. The motion, approved by Wells Circuit Court Judge Kenton Kiracofe the same day, ordered the trio to be held without bond until the initial hearing for each case.
Zachary Delozier, 29, Isaiah Schryvers, 23, and Sara Gaudino, 22, all of South Dakota, have each been charged with kidnapping, a Level 5 felony. The charges were filed after the missing child was located with the three adults in a van in Barneveld, Wisconsin, on Sunday. A Silver Alert was issued for the child the day before, after her mother reported her missing from their home.
During a live-broadcasted extradition hearing in Wisconsin on Tuesday, Schryvers and Gaudino agreed to return to the state of Indiana voluntarily to face their charges. The third suspect, Delozier, chose to obtain counsel. Delozier is scheduled for an additional hearing today at 2 p.m.
