Both the girls’ and the boys’ swim teams for Norwell were victorious over Columbia City at home Tuesday night.
The girls won by a score of 116-64, while the boys finished 104-52.
Individual event winners for the girls:
• Renee Fraze, Addyson Heyerly, Ella Krug and Cassie Coyne in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
• Emerson Meredith Coyne, Fraze, and Heyerly in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
• Jillian Melcher, Marlee Meredith, Krug, and Meredith in the 200-yard medley relay.
• Melcher in the 50-yard freestyle.
• Emerson Meretih in the one-meter diving and 100-yard freestyle.
• Coyne in the 500-yard freestyle.
Event winners for the boys were:
• Ethan Williamson, Kale Meretih, Colten Strunk, and Rylan Heyerly in the 200-yard medley relay.
• Strunk in the 100-yard sly.
• Heyerly in the 100-yard freestyle.
• Gage Reinhard in the 100-yard backstroke.
• Williamson, Reinhard, Meredith, and Heyerly in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
Norwell will host Concordia at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28.
