Wednesday, 4:17 p.m., 500 block of Truxton Court. Report of an alarm going off, nothing found.

Wednesday, 4:53 p.m., 800 block of South Oak Street. Shocking report of kids throwing a football. Officer advised kids to be careful and stay out of others yards.

Wednesday, 5:21 p.m., Welches All Vehicle Repair. Report of behavioral issues with subject. Officer contacted Parkview SOS and Bowen Center and made subject an appointment.

Wednesday, 6:52 p.m., Hiday Chrysler. Report of man on ground. Man was collecting rocks and did not appear intoxicated. Advised to ask permission.

Wednesday, 9:10 p.m.., North Main and West Water streets. Welfare check requested for man in road. Subject was walking on the walkway, no issues.

Thursday, 7:03 a.m., 300 block of East Market Street. Report of child out of control punching hole in wall. Mother was displeased with the answers she received about eviction and told officers to leave.

Thursday, 12:37 p.m., 1100 block of South Jersey Street. Caller reported scam for a job.

Wednesday, 2:08 p.m., West 1100 South and South 300 West, Keystone. Driver reported car went off roadway to avoid collision with semi.

Wednesday, 2:53 p.m., 5900 block of North Main Street, Uniondale. Caller reported receiving a fraudulent check from someone to assist her with starting a company.

Wednesday, 4:32 p.m., Wells County Courthouse. Officer transported subject to Wabash.

Wednesday, 10:58 p.m., West 500 South and South 300 West, Bluffton. Report of a deer accident, deer alive in field and injured. Officer put the deer down.

Thursday, 6:53 a.m., 600 East Ind. 124, Bluffton. Report of a deceased deer in yard.

Thursday, 7:10 a.m., West 100 North and North 500 West, Bluffton. Caller reported hitting a deer with vehicle, no damage to vehicle. Deer still alive in area. Officer located deer and put it down.

Thursday, 8:03 a.m., Bluffton Regional Medical Center. One woman transported to Maple Heights.

Thursday, 8:04 a.m., 2200 East 200 South, Bluffton. Caller reported abandoned vehicle and said homeowner would have it towed if it stayed too long.

Thursday, 11:20 a.m., North Main Street and East 300 North, Bluffton, Report of a vehicle with flat tire on side of road.

Ossian:

Wednesday, 2:31 p.m., Ind. 224 and 450 East, Ossian. Driver cited for speeding and warned for no license in possession.

ACCIDENTS

County:

Wednesday, 2:08 p.m., South 300 West and West 900 South. Ronald Maddox stated he did not see a vehicle approaching and pulled his International 9400I into the roadway. Lexi Kyle stated her only action to avoid a collision was to drive off of the roadway. Kyle’s Nissan Altima sustained disabling damages, not exceeding $10,000.

ARRESTS

Jose Arnulfo Rivera Ramos, 23, Indianapolis, operating without ever obtaining a license, a Class C misdemeanor.
