Michael Lee Culbertson, 76, of Hartford City, died at 10:25 p.m., Monday, Aug. 7, 2023 at AMG Specialty Hospital in Muncie. He was born Thursday, Dec. 12, 1946, in Hartford City. He married Patsy Ann (Doty) Culbertson on Saturday, May 14, 1966 at the Bethel Center Church, Hartford City.
Michael is survived by his wife, Patsy Ann (Doty) Culbertson, Hartford City; son, Michael Wayne (Rhonda) Culbertson, Marion; daughter, Erika Ann (Culbertson) Meyer, Hartford City; brother, Richard Dee (Kathie) Culbertson, Montpelier; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Washington Culbertson; mother, Betty Eileen (Huffman) Culbertson; brother, Terry Lane Culbertson; sisters, Anna K. (Culbertson) Murphy, Betty Jo Culbertson; and daughter-in-law, Cynthia (Clamme) Culbertson.
Calling will be held at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St. Montpelier on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
A service to celebrate Michael’s life will follow at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023, with Rev. Alan Curtis officiating. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Montpelier.
