Southern Wells Elementary held the annual 5th and 6th Grade Spelling Bee on March 15. There were 20 total participants, with sixth-grader Amelia Penrod (right) crowned the winner and sixth-grader Annalyse Roe (left) the runner-up. The winning word was agreement.
