NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
OF PARTNERSHIP
OF McNABB PROPERTIES LP
Notice is given that the Partnership, composed of NATHAN McNABB, KEVIN McNABB, COLLEEN S. McNABB-EVERAGE, and ROBERT McNABB, at 109 South Martha Street, Angola, Indiana 46703, is dissolved as of September 30, 2022.
This dissolution is by the mutual consent of the Partners. DEBORAH BOGGS, General Manager, has the sole authority to sell partnership assets, pay and discharge partnership liabilities, collect and receive moneys payable to the partnership, perform existing contracts, and act in any manner necessary to wind up the affairs of the partnership.
