NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF CHERRY STREET IN THE TOWN OF VERA CRUZ, INDIANA
Notice is hereby given that on December 17,2024 beginning not earlier than 6:30pm, local time, the Vera Cruz Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider the passage of an ordinance to vacate a certain portion of Cherry Street in Vera Cruz, Indiana. All interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard at that public hearing.
The requested vacation is for a portion of Cherry Street within the Town of Vera Cruz. A map showing the portion of Cherry Street to be vacated and all of the necessary information related thereto is available for public inspection in the office of Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Vera Cruz, Indiana at the Vera Cruz Town Hall, 2985 SE Wabash St, Vera Cruz, Indiana 46714. The Town does not have normal business hours, so please reach out to the Clerk Treasurer.
