Casey Lee Hundley, 42, Bluffton; possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond set at $5,500.
Robert Andrew Dasilva, 25, Bluffton; operating with a controlled substance in body and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, both Class C misdemeanors. Bond set at $500.
