Jessy Colten Gardner, 23, Bluffton, pled guilty to one count of failure to register as a sex or violent offender, a Level 6 felony. Gardner is scheduled for a sentencing hearing at 9 a.m. June 25, in the Wells Superior Court.
Gardner is required to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 5 felony, in June 2020. Gardner received two years of probation and a suspended two year sentence for his relationship with a minor that resulted in the birth of a child.

Ellen Marie Lamb, 39, Marion, was sentenced to one year in the Wells County Jail with all but two days suspended. Lamb pled guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated, endangering a person, a Class A misdemeanor. She is also required to serve 363 days of probation and pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $389.50.

Susan Louise Wright, 42, Claypool, appeared in the Wells Superior Court for a change of plea hearing last week. Wright pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within seven years, a Level 6 felony. A sentencing hearing is scheduled in the matter at 9 a.m. June 20.
