Norwell’s Middle School swimming and diving teams and the wrestling team defeated South Adams Monday night.

In swimming, the boys won 135-35, while the girls won 154-27.

First-place winners were:

Boys

• Ben Peterson in the diving events and in the 50-yard butterfly.

• Evan Swallow in the 200-yard freestyle and in the 400-yard freestyle.

• Tyler Zent in the 100-yard IM and in the 100-yard backstroke.

• Wyatt Goulet in the 50-yard freestyle.

• Easton Reinhard in the 100-yard breaststroke.

• Rodgers, Peterson, Swallow and Goulet in the 300-yard freestyle relay.

• Goulet, Rodgers, Swallow and Peterson in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Girls

• Katelyn Troutt in the diving events.

• Faith Grant in the 200-yard freestyle and in the 100-yard backstroke.

• Mia Kurtz in the 100-yard IM.

• Abby Swineford in the 50-yard freestyle.

• Emma Easley in the 50-yard butterfly and in the 400-yard freestyle.

• Reagan Wilson in the 100-yard breaststroke.

• Swineford, Kurtz, Easley and Mialkowski in the 300-yard freestyle relay.

• Grant, Haiflich, Hoopingarner and Swinerford in the 200-yard medley relay.

• Swineford, Mialkowski, Easley and Kurtz in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

In wrestling, Norwell won 39-31.

Individual winners were:
