The Indiana National Guard’s 38th Infantry Division Band was at Kehoe Park Wednesday night and for four of the band members, the visit had a homecoming feel. From left, Sgt. Ryan Wilson, Sgt. The band was in Bluffton for the second day of its five-day summer tour; after being in Auburn Tuesday, the band will be in Fort Wayne Thursday, Columbia City Friday, and Goshen Saturday.
