FW Embassy
Summer night concerts at Fort Wayne’s Embassy Theatre will begin on July 12, with the Dead Pickers Society playing from 6 to 8:45 p.m. at the ballroom with access to the rooftop patio. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Individual tickets are $5 and flex passes of eight admissions are priced at $30. (Flex passes will be available through July 19, at the Embassy box office a 260-424-5665 or Ticketmaster.)

Part of Calhoun Street will be closed off on Friday evenings in Fort Wayne for free concerts by local groups from 6 to 8 p.m.
Concerts will be presented at the TriCore Porch Off Calhoun and the 800 block of South Calhoun St. Street parking will be available after 5 p.m. and garage parking will be available in the City Center Garage next to The TriCore Porch.

Fort Wayne’s Downtown Improvement District sponsors the weekly noontime concerts held Thursdays at Freimann Square at Clinton and Main streets from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Food trucks will be on-site for the purchase of food with 15 percent of sales to be donated to a non-profit organization.

FW Children’s Zoo
Fort Wayne’s Children’s Zoo is presenting a summer music series for adults 21+, featuring bands from the local scene from 6 to 9 p.m.
Those attending will be offered a craft beverage from Hop River Brewing Company as they stroll portions of the zoo. Rides will be free, with paid admission, on Crocodile Creek Adventure ride, Z.O. & O. Railroad and Endangered Species Carousel.
The music will be provided by Casual Friday, Friday, June 29; Decade Divide, Thursday, July 13; The Debutants, Thursday, July 27; and Jackson Vibe, Thursday, Aug. 10
The series is being sponsored by Rohrman Automotive Group. Admission is $20 with tickets available online.
