Wednesday, 6 p.m., East Dustman Road and North Main Street. Report of a large hole in the roadway.
Wednesday, 7:09 p.m., 814 South Main Street. Wind blew residence door open. Officers cleared the home with the owner’s consent.
Wednesday, 9:04 p.m., residence on North Williams Street. Possible bank fraud.
Wednesday, 9:56 p.m., residence on South Marion Street. Verbal dispute between two individuals. Parties separated.
Wednesday, 10:50 p.m., Budget Inn. Verbal domestic argument. Man left on foot and woman left in a vehicle. Unable to locate either party.
Thursday, 10:10 a.m., Lancaster Elementary School. Citation issued for speeding.

Wednesday, 5:45 p.m., 3326E 650S, rural Bluffton. Deputies responded to a physical dispute between a man and a women. The man advised he had found marijuana in his wife’s backpack and she hit him over the head when he was flushing the drugs down the toilet. The woman advised the man had been verbally abusing her and had told her pack a bag and leave. She said when she did, he followed and picked her up, and then their argument over the backpack followed. The woman stated she defended herself physically in the argument and that all marijuana packages were empty. The woman’s children confirmed parts of either narrative and admitted to smoking marijuana recently out of state. Deputies photographed the man’s injury and took the bag and marijuana cartridges as evidence. Child Protective Services were contacted.
Wednesday 11:12 p.m., East 100N and North 450E. Man in all black riding a bicycle without a light. Man advised he was traveling from Fort Wayne to Tennessee. Deputy guided him to a better lighted area.
Thursday, 4:01 a.m., Southeast Ind. 116 and North Matthews Street. Deer removed from roadway.
Thursday, 6:06 a.m., residence on North Lincoln Avenue, Uniondale. Report of possible burglary. Deputies confirmed all was OK.
Thursday, 6:42 a.m., 300N and 100E. Plates on a vehicle returned to a driver with a suspended license. Eternity Amberneice Richardson, 29, Fort Wayne, was arrested for driving with a suspended license with a prior conviction, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond not set.

Thursday, 10:56 a.m., residence on Jefferson Street. Detective assisted with a Wells County connection for an investigation out of Franklin County.

Wednesday, 3:55 a.m., 200W, Liberty Center. David D. Townsend, 25, Marion, Ind., fell asleep while driving a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and hit a utility pole. Damage exceeded $5,000.

Donnell Julian Dixon, 21, Marion, Ind.; sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 5 felony. Bond set at $15,000. Bonded.
Zander Leigh Gardenour, 18, Bluffton; probation violation, a Class B misdemeanor.
Jeremiah Lee Yencer, 23, Bluffton; intimidation, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.
Kaiya Lanae Radona, 18, Fort Wayne; minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond not set.
