A statewide test of tornado sirens will be held the morning and afternoon of Tuesday, March 14, and the sirens in Bluffton and Ossian will be activated as a part of that test.
Michael A. Miller, Wells County’s 911 director, says the sirens will be activated between 10 and 10:30 a.m. and again between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
The tests will be held in conjunction with the Indiana Statewide Tornado Drill, part of the Severe Weather Preparedness Week in Indiana. The dates for the Severe Weather Preparedness Week are March 12 through March 18.
