Wednesday, 7:13 p.m., Walmart Supercenter, 2100 N. Main St. Store’s surveillance camera system captured images of a theft.
Thursday, 7:42 a.m., residence on Hi Lo Drive. Bluffton police officers and Wells County Sheriff’s deputies assisted the Wells County with the search of a probationer’s residence.
Thursday, 1:27 p.m., Clark Avenue at Spring Street. Someone drove through the intersection without stopping at the intersection as required and drove off the end of the T-intersection into the grassy area opposite the intersection. The vehicle then drove back onto the street and continued northbound on Clark to Bond Street where the caller lost sight of the vehicle.

Wednesday, 1:49 p.m., rural Uniondale man reported being scammed out of $500 on Facebook Marketplace.
FIRE RUNS
Wednesday, 4:28 p.m., Bi-County group home, 1111 S. Oak St. Fire alarm. Bluffton Fire Department responded. No fire. Burning food triggered the alarm.
Wednesday, 7:10 p.m., Ossian Fire Department provided mutual aid for firefighters on scene of a structure fire at 7001 Old Trail Road in Waynedale.
ARRESTS
Debra Ray Echevarria, 34, Poneto; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,000.
Echo Nekkol-Ann Staker, 20, Bluffton; operating a motor vehicle while never having obtained a driver’s license, a Class C misdemeanor. Released on her own recognizance.
