Frances Jennifer “Jenny” Barger, 69 of Bluffton, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 17, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by her family.
Funeral arrangements are currently pending under the care of the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
