The four Bluffton Middle School teams swept the Bellmont Braves Tuesday night in boys’ and girls’ basketball.
The eighth-grade girls’ team won 34-17. Scorers for the Tigers were Sophie Eisenhut with 13 points, Isla Gibson (11), Ella Borror (4), Madelyn funk (2), Addison Kauffman (2), and Piper Morgan (2).
The eighth-grade boys’ team won 50-18 with Max White’s 16 points, Axton Beste (14), Jonah Geisel (6), Jared Moser (4), Abram Gehrett (3), Koby Hartman (2), Chanley Shaw (2), Aiden Graves (2), Sam King (1).
The seventh-grade girls’ team won 34-3. Khloe Dick led the way with nine points, Bridget Steffen (7), Krista Blair (6), Grace Fry (3), Ava Trexler (3), Jaida Mills (2), Macy Lemler (2), Josie Phillippe (2).
The seventh-grade boys’ team won 45-23. Leading the way was Gibson Grieser with nine points, followed by Gavin Grieser (6), Rafe Gerber (6), Reid Abbett (5), Dawson Lee (4), Brant Moser (4), Bennett Stoller (4), Sytree Jordan (3), Andy Baumgartner (2), and Cooper Jenkins (2).
