Carolers from the Southern Wells Elementary School choir went around the building to welcome students and staff into the school’s annual Christmas program Tuesday morning. During the program, students sung Christmas songs and watched their teachers compete in a variety of funny games and events, including Christmas song trivia, arm wrestling and a lost-and-found fashion show.
Pictured competing in the arm wrestling competition are sixth grade teacher Nathan Busse and third grade teacher Rebecca Miner; Assistant Principal Jessica Killingbeck and fifth grade teacher Ross Palmer watch as judges for the competition.
To close the program, Principal Cari Whicker announced third grade as the winners of the classroom door decorating competition. Third graders Blakely Bower, AnnaLynn Felger and Stacey Woods are pictured celebrating their win. (Photos by Holly Gaskill)
