Thursday, 4:38 p.m., Professional Federal Credit Union, 1331 Baker Place. Automatic Teller Machine alarm. Officers responded. Alarm tripped accidentally.
Thursday, 9:18 p.m., residence in the 900 block of West Market St. Caller reported a burglary.
Thursday, 1:41 a.m., Main Street at Wabash Street. Report of a poodle in the street (and it wasn’t even raining cats and dogs). Wells County Animal Control contacted.
Thursday, 3:13 a.m., Bluffton Regional Medical Center emergency room, 303 S. Main St. Disorderly patient. Officers responded. Situation calmed.
Friday, 8:42 a.m., Pine Grove Apartments. Burglar alarm. Officers responded. No sign of foul play.
Friday, 1:26 p.m., 100 block of South Johnson Street. Caller reported a woman was walking south on Johnson Street talking to rocks and was concerned for the woman’s wellbeing.
County:
Thursday, 4:03 p.m., residence in the 1700 block of Fairway Lane. Officers and sheriff’s deputies responded for a domestic dispute in which the parties were already separated.
Thursday, 5:43 p.m., Ind. 1 at 200S. Report of an older man asleep in the ditch. Deputy responded and spoke with the man who advised he was homeless and walking from Wisconsin to somewhere south. Deputy provided him a ride as far as Montpelier.
ACCIDENTS

Thursday, 3:59 p.m., Horton Street west of Wayne Street. Madison A. Schoof, 21, Decatur, backed a 2014 Ford Escape out of a parking space and backed into a parked 2001 Dodge Ram registered to Joel B. Ladig, Bluffton. Damage exceeded $2,500.
County:
Thursday, 4:30 p.m., West Street at Market Street, Craigville. There are no stop or yield signs at the intersection and reportedly a large bush blocks the view of traffic from both streets. Christopher T. Hall, 45, Craigville, was driving a 2002 Dodge Dakota east on Market Street. William W. Ball, 72, Bluffton, was driving a 2015 Kia Optima south on West Street. The ensuing collision caused more than $10,000 damage.
FIRE RUNS
Thursday, 8:33 p.m., Wells County 4-H Park. Bluffton Fire Department requested set up a landing zone for the IU Health Indianapolis Lifeline helicopter at the 4-H Park for a patient transfer from Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
Friday, 10:50 a.m., Grace and Mercy Transitional Housing, 1001 Clark Avenue. Fire alarm. Bluffton Fire Department dispatched. No fire or smoke found.
ARRESTS
Cody Andrew Howe, 23, Ossian; operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalency of greater than .08 percent but less than .15 percent, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $500.
Kaleb James Glatt, 28, Fort Wayne; probation violation. No bond set.
