David Hissong, 74 of Berne and a longtime resident of Bluffton, passed away on Monday morning, September 19, 2022, at Envive Healthcare in Berne.  Funeral arrangements are pending at this time with the Thoma, Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
