Wednesday, 2:23 p.m., Capri Court. Individual reported being defrauded by a shipping company. 

Wednesday, 2:58 p.m., Oak Street. Individual reported purchasing a dog on Facebook but never received the dog. Seller reportedly blocked  the.

Wednesday, 6:07 p.m., Mariachi Loco Mexican Grill. Report of a possibly intoxicated driver in a black  Ford F250. Vehicle was unable to be located.

Thursday, 6:53 a.m., Calvary Lutheran Church. Deceased fawn on the roadway causing a traffic hazard. Officer removed the deer from the roadway. 

Thursday, 10:10 a.m., Lancaster Street. Man requested EMS for a diabetic episode. Man was accompanied by a woman and the two were having a verbal altercation. Medics requested officer follow the EMS to the hospital. 

Thursday, 12:15 p.m., Bargain Hut. Panic alarm set off. Officers investigated and everything appeared as usual. Accidental trip. 

Thursday, 1:27 p.m., Almco Steel Products. Report of a woman falling and passing out. Suspected drug involvement. Medic responded and transported the woman to Bluffton Regional Medical Center. 

County:

Thursday, 12:41 a.m., 100 block of Market Street, Bluffton. Bluffton Dispatch advised of that a man, later identified as Andrew James Atkinson, 56, Liberty Center was seen with his pants down. Officer had attempted to pull over Atkinson in his vehicle, but he continued driving. Sheriff’s deputy came to support the officer in pursuit. By the time the vehicle came to a stop on 100S, several other officers and deputies were at the location. Atkinson was instructed to exit the vehicle and arrested for resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle, a Level 6 felony; operating a vehicle with an blood alcohol content of .15 or more, a Class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $6,500. Bonded. 

Ossian:

Thursday, 1:52 a.m., Ind. 1 at the north county line, Ossian. While at the Ossian Marathon, a deputy noticed Miguel Guzma acting suspicious. Deputy ran Guzma’s license plate and discovered he was wanted in Allen County and caught up with Guzma’s vehicle near the county line, pulling the vehicle over. Guzma was handcuffed and transported to the Wells County Jail awaiting pick-up from Allen County. 

Thursday, 10:03 a.m., Silo Farms. 3-year-old girl stuck inside vehicle.

Wednesday, 9:16 p.m., 2364E 900S, Keystone. 3 year old inhaled chlorine. Nottingham Township Fire Department responded. 

Thursday, 10:29 a.m., Wabash Village, Bluffton. Fire alarm. Building evacuated. Bluffton Fire Department responded. Fire alarm triggered by cooking food.
