I was born and raised in Bluffton, moved several places, now live in Ossian and have witnessed what happens to small towns when developers decide to push the selling of farmland on the premise that it will bring prosperity into a county.
This sure feels like what is really behind the project. The needs and wants of a county are not solely linked to how fast you can drive from one side to the other.
Remember our farmers are the backbone of Wells County.
