A bicycle rider on the Interurban Trail is dwarfed by the ongoing work at the North Main Street substation Thursday. American Electric Power is setting a feeder pole for the station. The cement foundation for the pole was poured Thursday and will be allowed to cure for about a month according to Bluffton Utilities Director Jon Oman. Next the steel pole will be erected in place.
