INCIDENTS
City:
Tuesday, Bluffton Senior Villas resident reported that while she was hospitalized, someone accessed her bank account and made an unauthorized withdrawal of $900.
Tuesday, 3:06 p.m., Sun-N-Suds, 2190 Commerce Drive. Report of a fight. Bluffton police officer responded. Situation calmed. Parties had separated before officers arrived. It was a verbal altercation only.
Tuesday, 3:16 p.m., residence in the 400 block of Homestead Court in the Northwood Farms addition. Officer requested on a child custody matter.
Tuesday, 5:10 p.m., Kroger’s grocery store parking lot, 1555 S. Harrison Plaza. Woman called 911 requesting assistance but when officers arrived, they realized that the woman’s call was unfounded.
Tuesday, 5:56 p.m., Walmart Supercenter 2100 N. Main St. Report of a man and a woman trying to enter vehicles parked in the store’s parking lot. Officers responded, located and spoke with the two. Incident remains under investigation.
Tuesday, 7:04 p.m., Washington Park, 710 S. Mulberry St. Caller reported theft of his backpack from the park.
Wednesday, 8:03 a.m., CVS Pharmacy, 1203 S. Main St. Officer requested after a child was trying to get out of a vehicle because she did not want to go to school.
County:
Tuesday, 8:17 p.m., Ind. 116 near Meridian Road. Horse on the north side of the road. Sheriff’s deputy responded but as he was arriving the horse’s owners were rounding up the animal.
Ossian:
Monday, 2:06 a.m., caller reported seeing several youth running away from a vehicle with its trunk open behind Heyerly’s Bakery, 107 N. Jefferson St. Officer responded and spoke with a man who was in the process of unloading water from the rear of the vehicle. He checked the vehicle and did not notice anything missing. While the officer was speaking with the man he asked the man and his wife for identification and discovered that the wife, identified as Jennifer Lynn Springer, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Noble County Superior Court on one count of theft, a Class A misdemeanor. She was placed under arrest and transferred to Noble County.

Donovan Raemone Blash, 18, Fort Wayne; possession of cocaine or some other narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony, and possession fo drug paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,500.
Robert Allan Caylor, 28, rural Montpelier; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.
Ashlyn Nicholle Graham, 26, rural Bluffton; probation violation. No bond set
