Plea of not guilty entered by Andrianna L. France, 29, Fort Wayne, charged with driving while suspended with a prior conviction for the same offense, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility, a Class A infraction.

On Feb. 18, while monitoring traffic, an Ossian police officer checked the license plate of a vehicle and discovered the vehicle was registered to France and he had a suspended driver’s license.

The vehicle pulled into the Ossian Deli and the officer waited at the entrance to the Ossian Town Hall. After the vehicle left the Deli and headed southbound, the Ossian officer fell in behind it in his patrol vehicle and pulled it over at Mill Street.

His prior conviction was in Wells Superior Court Dec. 18, 2020.

Civil Cases

Complaint for payment of $3,999.95 filed by Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, Fort Wayne, against Michael Keith Donahoe, Bluffton.

Complaint on note totaling $82,819.86 and to foreclose mortgage at 802 W. Spring St., Bluffton, against Cynthia Sumwalt, also known as Cynthia S. White and William J. White as vendee.

Wells Circuit Court

Criminal Cases

Petition for post-conviction relief filed by Paul Matthew Rayle, 36, who as of March 10 listed his address as the Indiana Department of Correction Westville Correctional facility. Rayle was sentenced in Wells Circuit Court April 12, 2013, on one count of forgery, a Class C felony.

Rayle is asking the court to have the Indiana Department of Correction recognize his earned credit time for completing an educational program of 25 separate courses.
