Horton – Indiana, LLC (5710 Coventry Ln, Ft Wayne, IN 46804) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Crosswind Lakes (Lots 1-10, 13, 15-23, 27) located at Little River Trace in Ossian, IN 46777.
