The vacant office and studio space formerly occupied by the Creative Arts Council of Wells County has been listed online.
CAC Executive Director Janiece Lipsey announced in October that the organization would be relocating to Life Community Church, 428 S. Oak St., as of Jan. 1. That move has been completed, with classes and programs underway in the new space.
The CAC had been at what is now the Wells County Commerce and Economic Development Center at 211 W. Water St. since the facility was built 17 years ago. The Guardian Group that oversees the maintenance of the building — formerly the Arts, Commerce and Visitors Centre — is seeking a new tenant.
“Looking for office space that also has amenities? Look no further. Formerly the Wells County Creative Arts office … this space is perfect for someone needing a small amount of work or office space,” the Steffen Group listing by Nick Huffman says. “This downtown location features modern amenities, plenty of parking, conference/reception space, an elevator/lift and storage.”
The monthly rent price of $1,000 includes utilities.
There are two office spaces available for rent. Jeff Lemler, president of the Guardian Group, said the group is open to ideas and is willing to work with those interested in renting the space. He can be contacted at 824-3850.
