A couple approaches the only part of River Road that was flooded late Sunday afternoon, near the pavilion at Rotary Park. While much of the Rivergreenway was still inundated, the river has already crested and is expected to fall below the flood stage of 10 feet late this morning — that is until more heavy rain arrives tonight and Tuesday. The next crest is not forecast to be above flood stage. When the photo was taken the river level was 10.71 feet, or about seven inches above flood stage. (Photo by Glen Werling).
