Those attending the Senior Snippets program featuring exchange students from Northern Wells High School were able to hear the outstanding program 16 year old Aktan Satybaldiev from Kyrgyzstan presented to the group at their last Tuesday morning gathering. Learned was that his mountainous country is geographically about the size of Indiana located in Asia between Russian and China and had gained independence from Russia in 1991. He presented a full travelogue about his country, ending with a traditional dance wearing traditional headgear and presenting each attendee a piece of Kyrgyzstan chocolate.
