Free Boo in Bluffton will be held from 5-6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Participating downtown Bluffton businesses and the City Gym at 128 E. Market St. will be handing out treats. Dress in your favorite costume. Participating businesses on the outskirts of town will hand out treats from 6-7 p.m. Local business that would like to participate can contact atbrenda.jackson@blufftonindiana.gov or call 824-1520. This is a free event for the public.
Door-to-door trick or treat for the City of Bluffton will be from 5-7:30 p.m.
