Moon Pie Mania Car, Truck, Bike and Camper show this Saturday
The Moon Pie Mania show will be held Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Wells County 4H Park. Registration will be 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The band Wild Card Rumble will perform at 1 p.m. The show includes a Pinstripers Charity Auction and finishes with awards and door prizes at 4 p.m.
Midwest Rat Rod Rumble and Rockabilly show on Sunday
The Midwest Rat Rod Rumble will be held Sunday, Aug. 27 at the Wells County 4H Park. Registration will be 8 a.m. to noon. The band Hot Rod Kings will perform at 1 p.m. with Memories of the King featuring Brent Cooper following afterwards. The show includes a Pin-Up Contest and finishes with awards at 3 p.m.
Eagle head wood carving to be given away to a veteran
Sid King will be giving the eagle head wood carving, shown at right, to a veteran during the Moon Pie Mania show on Saturday, Aug. 26. Any veteran is eligible for the drawing, you aren’t required to have a car in the show. Register in person Saturday at the Wells County 4H Park. Must be present to win. No purchase necessary.
