Creative Arts Council President Ted Smith, center, was the happy recipient of two checks from the Psi Ote ladies on a recent Monday morning as he accepted one check for $3,000 for a Q-Lab (computer program that will allow lights and sound for productions to be done in-house) and the other for $1,000 to be used for the Creative Arts Council’s project expenses.
