Thursday, 2:40 p.m., residence in the 1500 block of West Central Avenue. Caller reported seeing a man peeping into her windows around 12:40 a.m. When the man realized he had been spotted, he took off running.
Thursday, 3:53 p.m., Bond Street at Silver Street. Sheriff’s deputy removed debris that had blown into the street.
Thursday, 3:55 p.m., Main Street at Dustman Road. High winds during storm blew siding from the new Scooter’s coffee building into the intersection.
Thursday, 4:46 p.m., Dedrick and Sons Tool and Die, 2929 E. Ind. 124. Burglar alarm. Officers responded. Alarm accidentally tripped.
Thursday, 5:22 p.m., 1200 block of Clark Avenue. Someone drove off the road and damaged the caller’s bushes and then left the scene.
Thursday, 6:35 p.m., Main Street at Capri Court. Officer pulled over a vehicle and arrested the driver, Donald Edward Mock, 29, Bluffton, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $2,000.
Thursday, 11:22 p.m., residence in the 500 block of South Jersey Street. Altercation between a man and a woman. Officers responded. Jason Michael Morlan, 38, of that address, was arrested on charges of domestic battery and invasion of privacy, both Class A misdemeanors. Bond set at $26,500.
Friday, 8:51 a.m., Walmart Supercenter, 2100 N. Main St. Asset protection contacted police to report that the store’s security surveillance system had captured multiple images of a person inside the store who had previously been warned not to return to the store.

Thursday, 3:23 p.m., Ind. 218 between 100W and 200W. Debris from a house that was destroyed by fire months ago was blowing into the roadway. Deputy responded and removed the debris from the roadway.
Thursday, 3:55 p.m., Sonlight Wesleyan Church, 2350S-Ind. 1. Burglar alarm. Sheriff’s deputy responded. No sign of foul play found.
Thursday, 8:58 p.m., residence on 350S west of 200E. Caller reported hearing shots and then heard someone knocking on the door of the residence. The incident happened about 40 minutes prior to the call being placed. Deputy responded but saw no one in the area.
Thursday, 9:30 p.m., 550N near 100W. Tree in the road. Sheriff’s deputy responded and was able to pull the tree out of the road.
