Erin Daugherty of State Farm, the Grand Sweet Shop and Bluffton Parks partnered together to offer “Kiddo Cupcake Decorating” on Friday. Children were able to decorate a cupcake with multi-colored frosting and sprinkles, as well as enjoy the fruits of their work.
