Huntington University’s Dylan Felger was named Great Lakes Region Men’s Track Athlete of the Year by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Felger – a Norwell High School graduate – is ranked first nationally in the 400 meters at 47.17c (47.92f) and 600 meters at 1:17.19c (1:18.35f). He posted both of those times at the Crossroads League Championships. He won both events and added another title in the 200 meters. In the 200 meters, Felger ranks 12th nationally. Felger is also a member of Huntington’s distance medley relay, which has the third fastest time in the nation.
