NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Wells County, Indiana, in Cause No. 90C01-2603-MF-000013 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Zachary Cobb, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Mariner Finance LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of October, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Wells County Courthouse, 102 W Market Street, Bluffton, IN 46714, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Wells County, Indiana.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-One (21), in Township Twenty-Six (26) North, Range Eleven (11) East, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a point 206 1/4 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section Twenty-one (21), in Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Eleven (11) East, thence West 94-1/2 feet, thence North 110 – 1/4 feet, thence East 94 – 1/2 feet, thence South 110 – 1/4 feet to the place of beginning, in Wells County, Indiana.
