Velma (Jagger) Grogan, 88, of Heritage Pointe in Warren, died March 12, 2026. Velma was born in Camden, Michigan, to Harry and Mary Jagger on March 23, 1937.
She was preceded in death by her husband Orin, her parents, sister Kathryn Baughman, sister-in-law Dorothy Jagger, and brother-in-law Donald Trueman.
Velma is survived by daughters, Gwen and Glenda; twin sister, Thelma Trueman; brothers, Albert and Norman (wife Kay) Jagger; brother-in-law, Duane Baughman; and many beloved nieces and nephews and their children survive.
Services will take place at Heritage Pointe in Warren on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon followed by a celebration of life officiated by Pastor Brian Baughman. Velma will be laid to rest at Gardens of Memory in Marion at a later date.
