County Council candidate forum is Monday evening
A forum for the candidates running for Wells County Council in the November election will be 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, in the lower level of the Wells County Chamber of Commerce, 211 Water St. in Bluffton.
Incumbents Vicki Andrews, Scott Elzey and Seth Whicker, all Republicans, are challenged by Scott Burke (I) and Brian Hollingsworth (D). Andrews will be absent from the forum due to a prior planned mission trip.
