Ossian Days wrapped up Saturday after an eventful few days around downtown Ossian.

Competitors in the 10th annual donut hole eating contest put up a strong effort, with Josh Hanson eating the most donuts of the day at 31 in two minutes.

As part of the Ossian Days parade Saturday, winners of the best decorated floats were announced.

First Place went to Rod’s Rustics. Pictured left to right are parade announcer AJ Reynolds, and Paris and Rod Fetters.
Second place went to Church of the Nazarene in Ossian, with Lillian (middle) and Emily Roop receiving the award.
Third Place went to the Lions Club float, with Jim Ottjes receiving the plaque.
