Monday, 1:23 a.m., McDonalds. Driver with four children and their mother in the car failed BAC at .163%. Raymundo Sanchez arrested for operating while intoxicated.

John Ringo Eisaman III, 31, Bluffton; domestic battery — simple assault, a Class A misdemeanor, and strangulation, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $50,000.
Eleazar Velasco-Santis, 40, Uniondale; operating without ever obtaining license, a Class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of a crash, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set $2,500.
Cortney Monteze Haney, 34, Fort Wayne; failure to appear, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.
