Twenty-one minutes of bright, booming fireworks elicited a wide range of “oohs and ahhs” during the annual Fireworks on the Hill event, hosted by Horizon Events. The Archbold Wilson Park in Ossian was packed with hundreds of people on Friday in anticipation of the show.
