NEW CLASS-Early Stages Workshop

This workshop is directed towards elementary-aged students who want to focus on acting or wanting to learn more about theater and what it has to offer. The instructor, Ainsley Werich, and the students will explore how to bring the script to life, the history of theater, the different roles in a production, and basics of acting. 

Ages: 7-11 years old

Dates: July 22-26 from 9 a.m. to noon

Tuition: $50 per student

Fall dance classes begin September 3 

Enrolling for Summer Choir Camp this August.

Who: This camp will be hosted by Alyssa Plisco and is for students 8-12 years old. When: August 19-22 and 26-28 with a performance on August 29 from 5:30 to 7:30.Rehearsals will be 5:30 to 7:30 and are mandatory. 

What: Join CAC2 for a two week choir camp. Your singer will learn new music and sing with new friends! This camp is great for those who haven’t been in a choir and would like to give it a try as well as those who are confident performing. We will be learning music theory and singing technique while making music with our group. Everyone has an important role to play in creating a beautiful sound through working together. During the two weeks we will learn to sing a few popular songs as well as some jazz music, creating a space to learn new things!. We will get the chance to perform at a TBD nursing home to finish our program and start the school year off with great energy!

Creative Crew: Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All forms of creativity welcome: painting, drawing, needlework and more…. spend the morning working on your craft and socialize with other artists.  Enter Door 1 or Door 10 at Life Community Church, the creative crew meets in the cafe. 

Readers’ Brown Bag Luncheon: Meeting the last Tuesday of the month at noon at Life Community Church, enter door 10.  All readers are welcome.  Feel free to call the office for more information.
