Among the vendors offering services or goods for sale on Saturday morning was The Shoe Shine service offering shines for close-toed shoes. Other venders planing to be set from 9 a.m. to noon were Sunny Vibes Soap, Brookes Bow Boutique, Kemper Creations, Dover Made and Kookie Now by Shay.
At the Wells County Public Library tent staff members Catherine Campbell and Kara Raschick, both at left were offering sign-ups for the library’s summer reading program as well as a “water table” play area for young readers. Taking advantage of the water fun were brother Sloan and Cedar Summit.
