Monday, 3:45 p.m., 500 block of South Morgan Street. Caller reported concerns over subject possibly running away soon.
Monday, 7:16 p.m., Baldwin Street and Central Avenue. Report of loose pit bull, dog returned to owner. Owner cited for dog running at large.
Monday, 7:58 p.m., 1400 block of West Central Avenue. Report of issues with children outside.
Monday, 8:57 p.m., 80 block of Sunset Drive. Report of a noise complaint.
Tuesday, 6:35 a.m., Main and Wabash streets. Driver cited for using cell phone while driving and running a red light.
Tuesday, 12:29 p.m., 400 block of Westfield Drive. Caller reported receiving inappropriate photos.
Tuesday, 2:10 p.m., 300 block of West Horton Street. A nurse practitioner requested police perform welfare check for mom who missed appointment and call.
Wednesday, 2:35 a.m., Main Street and Sutton Circle Drive. Driver cited for exhibition driving and warned for curfew
violation.
Wednesday, 7:14 a.m., 1100 block of South Liberty Street. Caller reported juveniles in shed nearby, noticed the shed doors were shut and worried the juveniles were trapped inside.
Wednesday, 10:52 a.m., Pretzels Inc. Report of stolen wore.
Wednesday, 11:04 a.m., Hoosier Highway and Farmington Drive. Driver cited for speeding.

Tuesday, 12:20 p.m., 5900 North Miller Street, Uniondale. Caller reported neighborhood kids on bikes taunting her. Miscreants asked to stay on their side of the street.
Tuesday, 3:11 p.m., 1200N 500W, Bluffton. Report advised the jail has received multiple calls from this area with just coughing in the background.
Tuesday, 3:26 p.m., Wells County Jail. Caller reported subject made a social media post with a threatening nature.
Tuesday, 8:24 p.m., Hoosier Highway and 300 South, Bluffton. Caller reported subject in black hood with covered face on bike. Subject advised he was looking for somewhere to go camping. Officer talked him into going home. For reference, there is an actual campground here.
Wednesday, 5:47 a.m., CVS. Driver arrested for driving while suspended.
Ossian:
Tuesday, 1:32 p.m., 7300N 450E, Ossian. Caller requested information about a vehicle parked on his property recently.
Wednesday, 9:51 a.m., 1100 North S.R. 1, Ossian. Caller reported their gun and leaf blower were stolen from car.
ARRESTS
Paul Arnold Spedowski, 56, Wauseon, Ohio; sex offender violation, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.
Michael Jeffrey Mock, 52, Bluffton; battery against a public safety official, a Level 6 felony, resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct and public intoxication, both Class B misdemeanors. No bond set.
Alexa Marie Davis, 27, Ridgeville; driving while suspended — prior, a Class A misdemeanor. Booked and released.
