Tessa Lynne Karbach, 38, Fort Wayne, appeared in court for a sentencing hearing on Feb. 6. Karbach was sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Correction with all but 60 days suspended and 48 days of jail credit. Karbach was also ordered to serve 305 days on probation. The sentence was issued after Karbach pled guilty to one count of theft, a Level 6 felony. Karbach is ordered to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $189.

Alexis Rachelle Lewis, 24, Elizabethtown, North Carolina, was sentenced to 60 days in the Wells County Jail with all but two days suspended. Lewis was also ordered to serve 363 days on probation. The sentence was issued immediately after Lewis pled guilty to operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more, a Class C misdemeanor. One count for operating a vehicle while intoxicated — first offense and no endangerment, was dismissed pursuant to the plea agreement. Lewis is also ordered to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $389.50.

Luis Alejandro Vasquez Martinez, 22, Fort Wayne, was sentenced to one year in the Wells County Jail with all but eight days suspended and eight days of jail credit. Martinez is also required to serve 357 days on probation. The sentence was issued after Martinez pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, a Class A misdemeanor. Three additional counts for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, and knowingly operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, all misdemeanors, were dismissed pursuant to the plea agreement. Martinez is ordered to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $389.50

Danielle Nicole Dietzer, 36, Decatur, was sentenced to two days in the Wells County Jail with two days of jail credit. Dietzer was sentenced after she pled guilty to one count of assisting a criminal, a Class A misdemeanor. Dietzer is also ordered to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $204.
