A new health clinic is under construction at the corner of Dustman Road, across from Scooter’s Coffee on Dustman Road.
Fast Pace Health expects to open its doors in late April or early May, depending on the weather. Fast Pace has 29 locations in Indiana, with closest other locations in Marion, Hartford City and Portland. The Marion Clinic has nine exam rooms, a procedure room and an x-ray room available, however specific plans regarding the Bluffton location were not disclosed.
According to their Hartford City website, Fast Pace Health offers dermatology, orthopedic, behavioral health, primary care and telehealth services, in addition to urgent care services. Fast Pace also offers physical therapy options for injuries and aftercare. These services are available at all Fast Pace locations.
Black Gold Ventures LLC obtained an improvement location permit on 1010 North Main St. on Oct. 6 of last year. Afterwards, Hutton Bluffton LLC took ownership of the property and broke ground on the 1.4 acre plot of land. The building will be cover an estimated 3,726 square feet. Berry Hutton General Contractors out of Tennessee are in charge of construction. A sign for Fast Pace Health will be placed on the property sometime next week.
Fast Pace Health has not responded to requests for comment at this time.
