At the entrance to the Wells County Commerce & Visitor’s Centre building, located at 211 West Water St., a Moose has taken up residence for the holiday season sporting a lit wreath hung around his neck. The Moose first made his appearance a few years ago at the Parlor City Plaza and was created by Jeff Lemler. The Wells County Chamber of Commerce has made arrangements with Lemler for the Moose’s yearly visit to them. (Photo by Barbara Barbieri)
