Thursday, 3:38 p.m., Capri Court and North Main Street. Caller reported vehicle with driver without a valid license possibly on drugs and transporting drugs.
Thursday, 5:53 p.m., North Union and West Market streets. Caller reported sound of fireworks for about an hour. No fireworks located.
Thursday, 8:04 p.m., 500 block of West Ohio Street. Caller reported car possibly signaling SOS with break lights.

Thursday, 2:24 p.m., Clark Avenue and South Ellingham Pike, Bluffton. Officer assisted detectives with traffic stop.
Friday, 1:06 a.m., 5100 East 300 South, Bluffton. Dispatch received a computerized call of a male who gave the name of Ethan Hall. Male stated he killed his family and gave an address. Subjects at address advised everything was fine and they did not know a person by that name.
ARRESTS
Kyle Aaron Davis, 32, Bluffton, domestic battery with serious bodily injury, a Level 5 felony, domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and strangulation, both Level 6 felonies, domestic battery — simple assault, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. No bond set.
Michaela Jane Horstmeyer, 21, Bluffton, theft, a Level 6 felony, and criminal trespassing, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000.
