Wednesday, 4:48 p.m., 1400 block of West Central Avenue. Subject requested officer dispose of old medication.
Wednesday, 9:37 p.m., West South and South Oak streets. Two drivers issues citation for no license on mopeds.
Thursday, 4:51 a.m., Wells County YMCA. Report of vehicle in lot with someone inside. Subject was a member that was star-gazing.
Thursday, 7:04 a.m., South Scott and East Washington streets. Wallet found, unable to locate owner at address on ID.
Thursday, 7:12 a.m., Walmart. Report of a semi truck in the parking lot. Asked to leave.
Thursday, 7:30 a.m., McDonald’s. Report of a banned customer in the drive-thru lane.
Thursday, 8:05 a.m., Stickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil. Report of possible breaking and entering. Subject was an employee waiting for boss.

Wednesday, 3:19 p.m., East 200 South and South Hoosier Highway. Report of a semi truck striking and ripping off railroad crossing arm.
Wednesday, 7:03 p.m., 1300 South 400 West, Liberty Center. Report of juveniles taking money from wallet. Advised to dispatch to correct county for address.
Thursday, 7:18 a.m., Outdoor Concepts, Inc. Transported subject to Wells County Jail.
Ossian:
Wednesday, 7:18 p.m., Ind. 1 and East 500 North, Ossian. Bag of clothes found in roadway. Clothes were moved and dispatch contacted state highway.
Thursday, 12:33 a.m., 400 block of Melching Court, Ossian. Caller reported dogs barking.
Thursday, 5:55 a.m., Ind. 1 and East Dyar Road, Ossian. Officer assisted driver with tire change. After the driver left, dispatch advised the vehicle plate was expired and license was suspended. Citation issued via mail.
Thursday, 6:07 a.m., Ind. 1 and East 500 North, Ossian. Driver issued citation for no valid license and instructed to wait for valid licensed driver.
ARRESTS
Johnny Terrell Saffore, 38, Markle, arrested for domestic battery on a person less than 14 years old and domestic battery – bodily injury to a pregnant family member, both Level 5 Felonies, intimidation, a Level 6 Felony, and interfering with the reporting of a crime, a Class A Misdemeanor. No bond set.
Andres Pablo Lucas, 51, Huntington, charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, a Class A Misdemeanor.
