Monday, 4:53 p.m., Bluffton Woods. Caller reported stolen car previous night and called back to report the car was found with a flat tire down the road. The car also had no keys.
Monday, 6:48 p.m., Johnson Chiropractic. Wallet found in roadway, owner contacted.
Monday, 7:26 p.m., Bluffton Police Department. Subject reported harassment.
Monday, 7:37 p.m., Wells County Public Library. Caller requested trespass warning for juvenile.
Monday, 9:35 p.m., 1100 block of West Central Avenue. Report of loud music.
Monday, 11:20 p.m., 900 block of South Mulberry Street. Report of man running in all black towards silver street. Officer noted a teenager dressed in black just prior to call and assumed they were trying to get home before curfew. Did not locate any other subjects.
Monday, 11:25 p.m., 200 block of West Wabash Street. Woman reported believing she was being followed. Officer took her home and checked the apartment for her. All clear.
Tuesday, 1:31 a.m., Roush Park. Checking on suspicious vehicle.

Monday, 1:55 p.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served without issue.
Monday, near 40 North 500 West, Bluffton. Caller reported a silver GMC SUV drove through her yard before driving north on 500 West.
Monday, 2:28 p.m., Wells County Sheriffs Department. Subject spoke with officer regarding scam. An unknown person sent the subject a check for $15,000 for a car he had listed for sale in the amount of $8,900. He was advised to destroy the check.
Monday, 4:28 p.m., East 700 North and North 450 East. Report of corn fields interfering with viewing oncoming traffic. Officer observed the corn and determined it was not bad enough to put someone in danger when pulling out.
Monday, 5:00 p.m., 5420 East 350 South, Bluffton. Report of loose cows in the roadway.
Tuesday, 8:42 a.m., West 100 South and South Meridian Road, Bluffton. Report of a semi stuck in the ditch.
ACCIDENTS

Friday, 3:56 p.m., Ind. 1 and Willowbrook Trail. Jamee Thiele was driving straight in a Buick Lacrosse on Ind. 1 behind a Ford Transit driven by Kevin Stephenson. Stephenson reported he needed to press hard on his brakes due to the vehicle in front of him braking for a pedestrian. Thiele was following too closely and collided with the rear end of the Transit. Damages not exceeding $5,000.
Monday, 9:38 a.m., Adams Street at mile marker 0. Stevie Anderson was traveling south in a semi truck with trailer and failed to yield the right of way to a Wabash Central Train on the track. The train struck the rear driver’s side. No one was injured. The driver of the train reported he attempted to use the emergency brakes but was unable to stop in time. Anderson did not hear or see the train. Damages not exceeding $25,000.

Monday, 11:53 a.m., near Ind. 700 and Ind. 900. Curtis Bausback was driving when the rear of the trailer on his Mack semi entered the ditch and clipped an AEP utility pole, breaking it in two. This also pulled down power lines to houses nearby. Damages not exceeding $2,500.
Sunday, 9:15 p.m., Ind. 900 West and Ind. 1100 South. Nathan Clem struck a deer after it ran into the roadway. Damages not exceeding $5,000.
